Scandic® Herrgård® has a mild, sweet, nutty, tangy flavor and a grassy aroma. It is very similar to Gruyere or Cheddar cheese but with a distinctly softer texture. Aged about 3 months. All natural, no preservatives. Item must be kept refrigerated.
